BSC Publishing Group has been the publisher of The Dark Sire literary magazine (TDS) since the magazine’s founding in March 2019. For the last 2.5 years, BSC has focused on magazine publishing, specifically centering on gothic, horror, fantasy, and psychological realism in short fiction, poetry, art, and screenplays.
Now, in September 2021, BSC is taking its first step forward into book publishing. Using the TDS motto of “Giving a Voice to the Voiceless,” a way for all writers to be heard, BSC will publish anthologies, full-length novels, novellas, short fiction collections, and poetry compilations that include chapbooks.
The best part is that BSC fully supports underrepresented authors. In fact, the first book that BSC has scheduled for release – Otherworld (Spring 2022) – is an anthology that’s dedicated to BIPOC writers, poets, and artists. The official call for submissions was announced September 2, 2021 and will run through December 1, 2021.
BSC welcomes direct submissions from authors. No agents required.
